The Academia National de Bomberos de Colombia, run by the Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos Voluntarios de Cali, is a technologically advanced facility to provide the training and instruction of Cali’s fire units and other fire departments in the Colombia and abroad, relief agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), corporate brigades, as well as personnel from residential units, educational institutions, rural communities and residents of Santiago de Cali and the surrounding region. It is the only advanced firefighter training academy in Colombia.
