On March 27, 2025, the California Wildfire and Forest Resilience Taskforce hosted a full-capacity audience of over 400 people (with over 300 joining online) in Marin County. The agenda and activities focused on critical issues related to community wildfire risk reduction and landscape management in Marin County. GWC’s Dr. Alexandra Syphard serves on the scientific advisory board to the taskforce and presented lessons to be learned from the Los Angeles fires. You may find the recorded presentation here.
